WEDDING COORDINATION
M O N T H O F C O O R D I N A T I O N
Planner will assist in the following; review of vendor contracts, orchestration of the Event, bridal party direction, on site team coordination, field problems timing and schedule of Event, vendor requirements and oversee clean up of site. A Day of Event Schedule will be created and supplied to bride, groom and all vendors two weeks prior to the Event. The day before the Event a rehearsal will be conducted by the Wedding Planner with the Wedding Party.

Agrees to provide the following planning services: unlimited phone calls, emails during the planning stages, event design, complete wedding day management, etiquette do's and don'ts, customized vendor referral, contract negotiation and review, guest transportation, menu planning, ceremony music, reception entertainment, all spa and hair services, ceremony rehearsal coordination, wedding detail timeline, person advisor, bridal party direction, on site team coordination, field problems, timing and schedule of wedding formalities, attend to vendor requirements, coordination of photography and insuring the cleanup of venue.

I’M KIRSTEN! A MOTHER, A DAUGHTER, A WIFE AND SPECIAL EVENT DIRECTOR FOR FORT ZACHARY TAYLOR STATE PARK. BORN IN BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, MY FAMILY MOVED TO KEY WEST IN THE 8oS LOOKING FOR A NEW ADVENTURE. MY PARENTS BOUGHT A SAILBOAT AND BEGAN RUNNING SNORKEL TRIPS TO THE CORAL REEF. I FEEL BLESSED TO HAVE GROWN UP IN THE KEYS; KAYAKING, DIVING, SNORKELING AND EXPERIENCING EVERYTHING THIS LITTLE ISLAND HAS TO OFFER.
AFTER GRADUATING FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH FLORIDA WITH A DEGREE IN PSYCHOLOGY, I PROMPTLY MOVED BACK TO KEY WEST AND BEGAN WORKING ALONGSIDE MY MOTHER AND FATHER AT FORT ZACHARY TAYLOR. TOGETHER WE RUN THE BEACH CAFE, BEACH TIKI AND ALL SPECIAL EVENTS HOSTED IN THE PARK.
BEING CHOSEN TO BE A PART OF ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT DAYS IN SOMEONE’ LIFE IS TRULY AN INDESCRIBABLE FEELING! WORKING HAND IN HAND WITH COUPLES, I RELISH IN BEING ABLE TO BRING THEIR DREAMS TO LIFE, CREATING MEMORIES THAT WILL LAST A LIFETIME.

MEET
Hi! I'm Taylor! Born & raised in Key West - they call us Conchs! Same background growing up as Kirsten - you guessed it, we are sisters!
After I graduated from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) I moved back to my hometown & started working for Hyatt in Sales & Events handling all the weddings until I met my husband who is in the Coast Guard. We were transferred up to Charleston, SC & I worked as a Conference Service Manager for The Sanctuary Hotel at Kiawah Island Golf Resort. In 2021 we were transferred again to Miami & I started working remote for the family business then traveling down when coordinating any events. This summer (2025) we are fortunate to have been stationed back in Key West & now are officially locals again!
Based on my experiences I have extensive knowledge in the events & wedding planning field to guide couples to create their perfect wedding in paradise. I absolutely love being a part of other's big day & helping make lasting memories.
